Bidex is a prelaunch waitlist and information site for an AI agency marketplace. The marketplace itself is not live. Nothing on this site is an offer to transact, and joining the waitlist creates no obligation for you or for us.

By joining you agree that we may contact you by email about early access and launch updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. Signing up does not guarantee access, placement, or any particular terms at launch.

Invitation codes are issued to a named agency at a specific email address. A code works only with that address and only once. Codes are not transferable, and we may withdraw an unredeemed code at any time before launch.

You are responsible for the security of your password and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.

Founding agency status describes early access to the platform when it opens. It is not a contract for work, a guarantee of projects, leads, revenue, or placement, and it does not fix any fee or commercial terms. The marketplace is not open and nothing here is an offer to transact.

You keep ownership of everything you add to your profile. You grant us permission to store and display it back to you for the purpose of operating the platform, and, if you later choose to make your profile visible, to show it to the people you intend to reach.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading about your track record, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

Do not abuse the site: no automated signups, no scraping of other people's data, no sharing or guessing of invitation codes, and no attempts to bypass rate limits or security measures.

The site is provided as is. To the maximum extent allowed by law we disclaim warranties and limit our liability for any damages arising from your use of this prelaunch site.

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date above reflects the latest revision.
